Furnace went out again last night around 5 pm. We called Cooley's to see if they could come fix it, they had an emergency service listed in the yellow pages. Jason called the number, they said they would try to get someone to come out. No one was here by 6, so he called again. We went to eat and Wal-Mart, got back at 8:30, still no one called or came by. Jason called them again. It was 43 degrees in the house and 2 degrees outside. He was a little upset on the phone.......moral of this post...COOLEY'S SUCKS, DON'T USE THEM!!!!!! Luckily there are no eldery or children in the house, and it did start working about 9 or after. Sorry if you have family or friends that work for them, but they did not help us out at all. I do believe the number we called was an answering service or something, but still in 4 hours they couldn't find someone to even call or come by and check on us or look at the furnace. I know we still need to def. have it looked at, since this has happened 2 nights in a row. We will be searching the yellow pages for somebody else. Too bad we live in Mattoon, cause I do know a couple people in Newton that could fix it....lol...
Hopefully we stay warm today and tonight until someone comes to look at it tomorrow.
btw...we do have 2 space heaters and a little fireplace thing, so we can stay somewhat warm.
